 Garmi ka mausam aa gaya hai aur hum sabhi ko apni sehat ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Is mausam mein jyada garmi hone se hamari sharir ki dehydration ho sakti hai, jisse hamare sharir ki immunity aur metabolism par bhi asar padta hai. Frozen treats try karein: Garmi ke mausam mein frozen treats jaise ki popsicles aur frozen yogurt bhi try kar sakte hain.
