Chicken Biriyani Recipe in Hindi -चिकन बिरयानी रेसिपी हिंदी में

Chaliye, ab hum dekhte hain ki chicken biryani recipe in Hindi kaise banai jaati hai.

 Chicken Biriyani Banane kee Samagree: >चिकन बिरयानी बनाने की सामग्री:


✓1 kilogram  (cut in pieces)and
500 gram basmati chawal

✓1 Chota cup dahi

✓ Hari elaichi 4 

✓ Laung 2

✓ Badi elaichi 2

✓Jeera 1 tsp 

✓ Shah jeera 1 chammach 

✓Dalchini powder 1 tap

✓ Laal mirch powder 1 tsp

✓1/2 tsp haldi

✓ 1 tsp biryani masala

✓Namak swad anusar

✓1 pyaaz (bareek kata hua)

✓1/2 cup adrak lasun ka paste

✓1/2 cup tel

✓2 chota chammach ghee

Kuch hari mirch aur dhaniya
2-3 chammach nimbu ka ras
Tarike:

Sabse pehle, ek bade bartan mein pani ubal le aur usmein chawal daal dein. Chawal ko ubalne ke baad usse thande paani mein rakh dein.

Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera, shah jeera, laung aur hari elaichi daal dein.

Jab ye masale thode kaale hone lagein, tab usmein pyaaz aur adrak lasun ka paste daal dein. Isse achhi tarah se milayein aur halki aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakayein.

Ab ismein chicken daal dein aur use acchi tarah se bhunein.

Chicken ko bhunne ke baad ismein haldi, laal mirch, biryani masala, dalchini powder aur namak daal dein. Ab use aur acchi tarah se mix karke medium aanch par pakayein.

Ab ek alag bartan mein dahi, thoda sa ghee, thodi si hari mirch, thoda sa namak, dhaniya aur nimbu ka ras milakar achhi tarah se mix karein.

Ubale hue chawal ko paani se nikalein aur usmein badi elaichi, garam masale aur thoda sa namak daal dein.

Ab chicken ko chawal par rakh dein aur uske upar dahi ka mixture daal dein. Isse acchi tarah se mix karein.

Ab ismein 2 cup paani daal dein aur dhakkan laga kar medium aanch par pakayein.

Jab tak biryani pak rahi hai, tab tak kuch hari mirch aur dhaniya ko bareek kata hua upar se daal dein.

Jab biryani taiyar ho jaaye, tab use acchi tarah se mix karke upar se thoda sa ghee daal dein.

Sabse pehle, biryani ke liye sahi quality ke chawal ka chunav karein. Basmati chawal sabse achha option hai.

Biriyani ke liye chicken ka sahi cut ka use karein. Boneless chicken ya fir chicken thighs ka use karna biryani ke liye behtar hoga.

Biriyani masala ko sahi tarike se taiyar karna bahut zaruri hai. Iske liye garam masale jaise laung, elaichi, dalchini, etc. ko acchi tarah se bhun kar powder banayein.

Biryani banane ke liye dum method ka use karna behtar hoga. Iss method mein chicken aur rice ko sath mein cook kiya jata hai.

Biriyani ko banana ke liye sahi samay ka selection karna bahut zaruri hai. Sabhi ingredients ko acchi tarah se cook karke sab ko saath mein mix karke ek plate mein serve karein.
